ALLOY STRAIGHTENING & BUCKLES

Hitting that pothole too hard.. or mounting a curb can be the cause of alloy wheel buckles when your wheel gets buckled it needs to be straightened. 99% of the time the alloy can be straightened out, which usually takes a few hours. Kerbed Wheels can repair bent alloy wheels in a few hours or next day service if in really bad condition. We can offer alloy wheel straightening as part of our alloy refurbishment service, if you have a buckled alloy, we can do a cheaper price as part of a package, please message us for more details.

If you can feel a vibration or shaking from your steering wheel or excessive tyre wear or tyres which don’t seem to be lasting very long after purchase, this would mean your alloy wheels have occurred some sort of damage. If your alloy wheels come into our unit with (unknowingly) a buckled wheel, we will either give you a call or email you to let you know before going ahead with the process of repairing your alloy wheel.

The strength of your alloy will NOT be affected by getting your alloy straightened, although we would suggest not driving over anymore potholes to avoid further damage to the alloy wheel.
